It was a delight.
I stayed at the Moody Garden Resort, a reasonably posh spot, which I just wish I'd had more time to enjoy.
Poor Evan. He was off traveling somewhere much less luxurious and subtropically paradaisical than me at the time--Ohio?
My big room with a big bed.
The Resort includes some botanical gardens inside big glass pyramids. Here's another parking lot view! Egad, I gotta get outta the car and go enjoy life, eh?

Wow, Muggs.. you're updating again. I guess I'll have to do the same. I kept thinking that once you do, I'll have to do the same.
Well, I have time now!
And a very compelling post regarding the plight of the victimized citizens being held in our state penitentiaries.
I keep looking to see if you've been blogging, but you do so rarely that I end up giving up. Well, obviously, I don't completely give up. I was wondering if John was dead, too. Mom just said he was busy working three jobs.
I'm glad you got a good vacation out of your job before you left. I'm glad you didn't go into too much detail about your conference.
